As Avvy’s fractional VP Marketing, I provided strategy and on-the-ground leadership for this groundbreaking digital health product that lets consumers or employees order basic healthcare services at home (e.g., a blood test or ear cleaning).

We built the corporate brand, website, funnels, budgets, and collateral to launch the product. Avvy went live first in Montreal and then Quebec City, touching over 12,000 Canadians in its first year. 

I oversaw PR efforts to secure media coverage of Avvy’s technology and functionality, which tripled the user base and secured positive stories in seven outlets, including CityTV Montreal, TVA Nouvelle and Daily Hive. In 2023, Avvy doubled its web traffic and conversions through paid ad campaigns in both languages, while making a strong brand impression at nursing trade shows, such as OIIQ Congress. 

I also led a video content strategy to keep the remote team connected for up-to-date training while sharing valuable customer feedback with Avvy’s wider audiences.
