My superpower is that when people tell me about their career aspirations, I grasp the next steps to their path to success. 

It happens when peers describe such fuzzy goals as:

  • “People keep telling me that I should write an ebook.”
  • “I want to give workshops on diversity and inclusion, but I don’t know where to start.”
  • “I want to be a manager, but I’m not sure how to get there.” 

You know when lightning strikes you can see the whole bolt from the sky to the ground? That’s what it feels like as I map out your goals. That’s why I call this process Lightning Mapping.  

Through our sessions, I’ll turn that map into a simple, actionable workback plan that you can immediately start implementing to build a path to your dreams.

What about advice on a particular question? 

If you want guidance on a specific situation and already have a strong sense of your career goals, a one-off conversation is generally enough to work through your challenge. 

My rates work on a sliding scale to ensure there’s always a way to help you get unstuck, especially for women, newcomers to Canada, and BIPOC people.
